Does RGKC have a drone?
Yes, please let us know if you have specifics on how you would like drone footage, we will use it where we see best

What can I expect from RGKC?
We can hop on a Zoom call, phone call, email or meet in person to discuss details of video project(s) to begin

Can I set up re-occurring video projects with RGKC?
Yes! This can be discussed in the initial conversation

How does payment work?
An invoice will be emailed when the video project(s) are delivered. Availability to download video(s) will not be an option until invoices are paid

Can I request edits?
We can make one round of edits for free, following rounds of edits are additional costs. Communication is key to us, so please give us as much information about what you expecting from the beginning

Can I have one video in multiple aspect ratios (3840x2160, 1920x1080, 1080x1080, etc)?
Yes, let us know where your video(s) will be showcased, and we can adjust the ratio size to your needs once the video has been approved
